More about focusing on the lager yeast and crisp/clean flavor. Not what you would think of for a large scale produced lager. This will have more flavor and is great at cleansing the palate. These are also often referred to as cross over beers or gateway beers as they have similar reactions on the palate to wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chablis and many of the Petillant wines.
